Ready New York

Intro screengrab

The NYC Office of Emergency Management’s READY NEW YORK campaign encourages residents to stay prepared for disasters and emergencies. To reach the widest possible audience, the agency asked us to edit an existing instructional video into brief, accessible web clips. After our initial consultation on the goals of the project, we edited short and to-the-point clips which both capture the viewer's attention and succinctly explain what do to in various scenarios. To establish a visual connection between the standalone pieces, we also created a quick video introduction.

After the videos were complete, we worked with the agency to publish them online on various social networks such as YouTube.com and blip.tv. To read more about the READY NEW YORK campaign nyc.gov/oem
